The following workshops  (SD 101-103) are available for individuals, corporations and community organizations. All required equipment will be provided by Decuerdas Self Defense Organization.

Basic Workshop SD101 curriculum:

Unarmed Attacker
Armed Attacker (knife)
Basic Ground techniques
The Basic workshop is intended for individuals with little or no martial arts experience, the entire program takes approximately 3-hrs to complete. The purpose of this self defense workshop is to raise self awareness, self assurance, and self esteem through simple, yet highly effective protective measures. The intent of this program has been developed for the sole purpose of escape from a dangerous situation or from an actual assault. Intermediate Workshop SD102
The intermediate workshop is intended for individuals who have completed the basic workshop (SD101)or who have some martial arts experience. The entire program takes approximately 3-hrs to complete. Similar to the basic workshop, the purpose of this self defense workshop is to raise self awareness, self assurance, and self esteem through simple, yet highly effective protective measures. The intent of this program has been developed for the sole purpose of escape from a dangerous situation or from an actual assault. Call for group rates. 209-608-7826. 

Advanced Workshop SD103
The Advance workshop is intended for individuals who have completed both the basic and intermediate workshop (SD101 & SD102)or who have had some previous martial arts training. The entire program takes approximately 3.5-hrs to complete. Unlike the basic and intermediate workshops the intent of this program has been developed for escape from a dangerous situation and or  assailent restraint. It is not however recommended that a novice attempt a restraint techniques unless backup is seconds away.
